Prior to investing in and taking on the role as President with VPatch Chris Lewis was the proprietor of a Wall Street retained executive search firm that operated completely within Health Care Equity Research. Over many years this business has resulted in a large network of strong relationships with Global Equity Research Directors and highpowered individuals within Health Care compounds and medical devices sectors.
Chris had a large client base including Goldman Sachs, Bear Stearns, Bank of America, Deutsche Banc, Thomas Weisel Partners, RBC (Canada), Jefferies & Co. Chris has placed candidates from Associates to Managing Directors and Principals with a compensation range of around US$150K to US$2.5M.
Chris understands the specific niches in the Health Care Industry and is able to identify and evaluate potential VPatch distributors.
Peter Taylor
Founder/Director
Peter Taylor is the founder and Managing Director and a well-respected identity in the Australian medical devices industry. Peter has operated a number of medical device companies both as an importer and an exporter. He has operated businesses with particular emphasis on cardiology, exercise physiology, and anaesthesiology. He has extensive experience in identifying new opportunities, raising capital and commercialising new products.
Peter enabled V‐Patch Medical Systems to introduce the V‐Patch to the sales channel while it was still in prototype. With the long working history Peter has in the medical industry he has access to many of the new technologies being developed within Australia’s academic institutions that he intends to develop as the company develops.
In 2002 Peter received a Masters Degree in Innovation and Enterprise from Swinburne University and was Chairman of an Australian Federal Government Committee to oversee the development of the Medical Devices industry in Australia.
Giancarlo De Lio
President of Canadian Operations
With 20+ years of professional experience, Giancarlo has held C suite level roles, acted as a mentor to many, and made angel investments that enabled scaling up for many Toronto area founders. Having sold his first startup, a design company, when he was just 18 years old, Giancarlo has had a very fruitful career in business and technology. Highlights include: co-founding VitalHub which was featured on Apple.com, co-founding CareKit Health and having it acquired by Reliq Health Technologies which later went public, co-founding both SoFit Mobile and Chymera Digital Solutions and having successful private exits with various companies, plus acting in a leadership role for many other startup projects and deals.
Matthew Drew

Matthew is an experienced entrepreneur and operator with over 15yrs+ experience in operations, strategy, business development, product development and sales. As a healthcare executive, Matthew has founded and run several health-tech startups including C24, a next-generation virtual care, chronic disease and Covid-19 management platform. In addition, Matthew is a Managing Partner for VPatch Cardio, an FDA approved wearable ECG Monitor with unique Ai and Arrhythmia detection capabilities. Prior to C24 and VPatch, Matthew worked as a consultant in the Home Health and Telehealth industry helping design and implement large scale Remote Monitoring and Telehealth programs.

Success metrics established in the following domains: strategic and tactical planning, operations improvement, information systems planning and implementation, project management, integrated system design, development and implementation, provider contracting, strategic and tactical management.
Luke Whelan
Operations Director
Luke Whelan has been involved in the Medical industry since 1987 and in that time has managed a number of biotech product developments. He is very experienced in financial management, corporate governance and an experienced Company Director.
Luke Whelan has extensive experience in biotechnology working with Pharmaceutical companies in product development as well as medical devices. Luke has served as a Board member of several government and trade bodies and as a Director, has encompassed both private and public sector companies and includes a listing on the ASX (Australian Stock Exchange).
A financial services background combined with general management has given him a lot of experience in keeping R&D and product commercialisation projects on budget and on track.
Chad E. Bonhomme, MD MBA CCDS
Advisor
Chad E. Bonhomme is the founder of Human Telemetry LLC. He has also founded two Electrophysiology programs, one in Chicago and one in Indianapolis where he currently practices.
Human Telemetry focuses on medical data management and design of clinical workflow technology for implantable and wearable medical devices. He is an active Advisor for global health care companies and early-stage and start-up health tech companies involved in remote patient monitoring and patient-engagement.
